Welcome to Evlen. By creating an account or using our mobile application and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our platform.

1. Eligibility & Intentions

Evlen is a dedicated platform designed specifically for dating and match calculations within the Crimean Tatar community. By registering for our Services, you warrant and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Your intentions are serious and honorable, aimed at finding a life partner and establishing a traditional, respectful family.
• You will only register one personal account and use your real name and actual photos.
• You have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving harassment or violence.

2. Community Conduct & Edep Standards

Our community values the traditional code of conduct, respect, and good manners (edep). We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against inappropriate behaviors. You agree not to:

• Upload obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit photos or texts.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or insult any other user.
• Request money, financial assistance, or commit scam attempts.
• Spam or post promotional, commercial materials, or links to other websites/apps.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate any other person.

We actively moderate profiles and reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently block any account that violates these standards.

Child Safety & CSAE Standards

Evlen is an adults-only service for users aged 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). You must not upload, share, request, promote, discuss, or facilitate any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, solicits, or targets minors.

• Do not create an account or use Evlen if you are under 18.
• Do not post, send, request, or link to CSAM or sexual content involving minors, including AI-generated, fictionalized, or manipulated content.
• Do not attempt to groom, solicit, extort, traffic, exploit, or move conversations with minors to another platform.
• Report suspected CSAE, CSAM, underage users, or child safety concerns in the App or by emailing support@evlen.me.
• Our child safety point of contact is available at support@evlen.me.

We may remove content, suspend or permanently delete accounts, preserve relevant evidence, comply with applicable child safety laws, and report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or imminent harm to law enforcement, child-safety authorities, or other legally authorized bodies where required or appropriate.

3. Data Calculations

Our unique compatibility calculation ring translates your profile details and questionnaire answers into a simple value comparison. These calculations serve as a guide to help you find shared cultural values and do not guarantee relationship outcomes.

4. Account Deletion & Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We support absolute data sovereignty. You can delete your entire account instantly inside the App settings or via our online Account Deletion Form.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Prosperity Apps Limited and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
